     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9                                                                   
     Urging the United States Congress to honor the process and                                     
     judgment of the federal courts in the case of the Exxon Valdez                                 
     disaster and to refrain from enacting legislation that would affect

Representative LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so                                    
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that                                        
HJR 9 am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                    
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                              
                                                                                                    
HJR 9 am was read the third time.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.                             
Objection was heard, and Representative Weyhrauch was required to
